A seven-year-old boy has died following an incident at a swimming pool in Co Clare.
Emergency services responded to an incident at a premises in Killaloe at around 3pm.
The boy was taken to University Hospital Limerick and died a short time later.
Gardaí say the coroner has been notified and a post-mortem examination is due to take place.
