Two men are due in court this morning as part of an investigation into the death of Tristan Sherry on Christmas Eve.
The pair are charged in connection with a fatal assault that occurred at Browne’s Steakhouse in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
A third man, Michael Andrecut, 22, from Sheephill Avenue in Dublin 15, has been charged with Mr Sherry’s murder.
He was brought before a special court sitting last Saturday and remanded in custody.
Meanwhile, Jason Hennessy Snr, aged 48, who was shot at the restaurant, died in hospital yesterday.
A murder investigation is now under way into Mr Hennessy’s death.
