Three arrested over murder of Croatian man in Dublin


Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Josip Strok and a serious assault on another man in Dublin last month.

Mr Strok, who was in his 30s and originally from Croatia, died in hospital following an assault in Clondalkin on 30 March.

Gardaí said it happened outside a residential premises in the Grange View Way area shortly after 10pm.

A second man, also in his 20s, was also assaulted and was taken to hospital.

The men were arrested this morning by gardaí in the Clondalkin District and the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

All three are currently detained at garda stations in Dublin.
