Tomasz Rozpeda, a Polish national, is charged with assault causing harm to 32-year-old Maciej Nowak at Ballycrana, Kilross, Co Tipperary, between 26 and 27 December last.

The body of Mr Nowak, also a Polish national, was found at the house he was renting with a number of others outside the village of Kilross in west Co Tipperary.
