On Friday, 8 March, Irish citizens will be asked to vote in two referendums.
One is on care in the home, the other is on the definition of family.
This will be voters’ first opportunity to cast a ballot in more than four years.
For many, it may be their first time ever voting in a referendum in Ireland.
To vote in Ireland, a person needs to be aged 18 or over, an Irish citizen and registered to vote.
If you are on the register of electors, you should have received your polling card in the post.
