A Status Yellow fog warning has been issued for Ireland with Met Éireann warning of potentially “hazardous travel conditions” on the roads.
The warning will come into place at 6pm this evening and will remain in place until 10am tomorrow morning.
Met Éireann said areas of fog will become “dense and widespread” this evening and linger until the morning.
The fog will clear eastern and southern counties early tomorrow, according to the forecaster.
