Six men have been arrested in connection with a cocaine seizure, worth €21 million, in Co Limerick.
At least 300kg of the drug was discovered on Tuesday on a bulk carrier ship that had docked at the Port of Foynes.
The men, aged 50, 46,44, 41, 35 and 32 are all being held at garda stations in the Limerick division.
Revenue today detained the Maltese-registered vessel under section 33 of the Customs Act 2015.
The investigation is ongoing.
