A man in his 40s, who was arrested yesterday in connection with the investigation into the murder of Kenneth Fetherston, has been released without charge.
Gardaí said that a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecution.
Mr Fetherston’s remains were found in the Dublin mountains in January 2010.
The 26-year-old had been reported missing on 22 September 2009.
In 2020, gardaí began a cold case review and investigation into the circumstances of his murder.
