A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal assault in a flat in Dublin city yesterday.
The body of a man in his 60s was discovered at his home in a flat at Herberton Park.
Gardaí commenced a criminal investigation and an incident room has been established at Kilmainham Garda Station.
Detectives arrested a man this morning. He can be questioned for up to 24 hours
It is understood he knew the victim.
