Woman, 20s, dies in dog attack in Co Limerick
A woman in her 20s has died following a dog attack in Co Limerick.
Emergency services were called to a house in the village of Fedamore, Ballyneety, shortly before midnight.
The woman was found inside a gated entrance at the premises.
She was treated at the scene, but later pronounced dead.
He body has been removed to a hospital in the midwest and a post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out later today.
There was no one else at the premises at the time.
Four dogs suspected to be from a restricted breed were seized from the property.
One dog was destroyed by gardaí.
